#GoalBowl: CoYo, Hemp, & Mixed Berries

Whether you follow a full-time plant-based lifestyle or are opting to cut dairy products from your diet, Coyo (coconut yogurt) is a must.

Made from cultured coconut milk, Coyo contains filling plant fats, low GI carbohydrates, and a creamy consistency that beats any fermented dairy product. It’s a bit pricier than traditional yogurts, but the quality and taste are worth the extra few dollars.

After a killer workout class, I refueled with a healthy serving of Coyo, berries, pomegranate seeds, and hulled hemp hearts. Berries and pomegranate seeds are loaded with antioxidant compounds, Vitamin C, and fructose to restore your post-workout glycogen levels. Hemp hearts are chock-full of protein, fiber, and Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.

Whenever I’m home from college, I try to take advantage of these fresh items I don’t have access to during the school year. This healthy detox bowl left me full and energized the rest of the day! ❁
